Normally we would be packing to head to San Diego in the coming week or so.  Obviously, that's not happening.  One of our favorite vendor treats at the fair is the Chicken Charlie Pineapple teriyaki chicken.  In the creepy way that my phone has, it popped up a recipe on Facebook.  It was relatively easy to make and tasted delicious.  We did decided, however, that next time I would skip the fresh pineapple as a serving bowl.  Every counter in my kitchen was sticky.
