Riley’s turn to be in charge of dinner. We ate dinner outside and I sat on the other end of the deck.

Rick wanted pulled pork today but he and Riley were both gone all day. I ventured out of my COVID cave and faithfully stoked the smoker every 30 minutes. Very two hours, I spritzed it with apple juice and re-seasoned. It was delicious. Meanwhile, the rest of my family went to a family reunion.
