The best laid plans of mice and men…
Riley out the dough in to cook this morning and it was noooot right…but hilarious. The cookies were flat and huge but tasty.
When we got to the fairgrounds, my picture mattes were deemed too thin. Luckily they had mattes there so Riley and I added my pictures to the top of the mattes. I didn’t even get scary anxious.
Dad’s tickets had to be re-printed but that was an easy fix. We weren’t the only ones losing our minds.

Two sets of cookies are ready for the fair. The chocolate chip dough is ready to bake in the morning because our baker was too sleepy.

Matted my state fair pictures. Fingers crossed that I did it right. The instructions were less than clear and I’m having some anxiety about the packet that I don’t think I received.
