That is a paper cutter. I used it A LOT today. One of my jobs at the hospital is to help host a safety party in the NICU once a month. We give out coupons to the store for a free item plus a percentage off. Guess who has gets to cut out the coupons?
At my old job, I often came home and told Tom and the girls that I used ALL the things I learned in Kindergarten that day at work. Such as, cutting magnets (with scissors!) using a paper cutter to cut up timecards, color coordinating bulletin boards, etc. Fun stuff!
