Okay, so I made colcannon for dinner at my parents'. Afterall, it's Saint Patrick's Day. I had leftover red cabbage so I just threw it in a pot with carrots because who doesn't love boiled cabbage? This is what it looked like when it came out. BLECH!!!! Also, according to my facebook page, A LOT of people don't like boiled cabbage.
We had a taste test on potatoes. The Meijer brand Au Gratin potatoes won. Although personally, I liked them all. Some had a very oniony smell though.
