This is my basil plant. I bought him a couple of months ago. He started getting a little thready so I clipped off the stems and stuck them a jar of water a couple of weeks ago. This week, I noticed they were getting super tall and I didn't want them to go to seed so I clipped them again and put them in a glass of water. The original plant is coming back quickly and the jar of stems is quickly getting root bound. It's going into a pot of soil outside as soon as we can avoid frost.
