A day of shopping, gymnasticing, dinner with friends, amazing cookies, so much laughter and hugs and tiny socks. It was a good day.
If you've been a part of my blog for years, you would know that Riley used to struggle with her cast height. It used to need to be parallel then above parallel and we would hold our breath to see if she had a 10.0 start value. It's not so much a worry anymore. The connection is still an issue but for now, look at that gorgeous cast. It was worth a 9.45 and second place. She also got third place with a pretty vault, 5th place for a beautiful beam and floor was eh. She had a 10.0 start value on everything and walked away with 3rd overall in a large meet.
