A couple of times a week, we try to have a leftover night. I marked down all of the leftovers so we made sure chose carefully, lol. Some of the items go in the trash if they don't get eaten. I posted this only because we sound pretty fancy with our Mexican food, Indian food and Chinese food.
Not sure if you can see it, but that's her right leg that's under her left arm.
I feel like I love corned beef and cabbage. My family does not. I say "feel like" because I made some with clearanced corned beef brisket and it didn't flip my hat. The presentation looks pretty fancy. And to be fair, I loved it more after it cooked a lot longer.
