It was a little lonely in the Hoosier state without my family on a holiday but my parents and Jason came over for dinner of pulled pork, green beans, fresh cucumbers out of the garden and corn that never made it out of the microwave.
Meanwhile, in SoCal, my family watched the sunset and fireworks from the cliffs.
